FOA 2010 Pet Fair

 The 2010 Pet Fair was an absolutely great time with a crowd that far exceeded our expectations.  Thank you to the many individuals, organizations and businesses that lent their support to us again this year. In total, we raised $22,495 for the homeless and abandoned animals in our community.  We are continually amazed by the overwhelming response from the community in these tough times. Thank You!

June 2010 Shelter Update

For the month of June, 175 animals were brought into the animal shelter. Of those 175, 151 were picked up as strays, abandoned or dumped and 24 were surrendered by their owners. Only 39 animals were claimed by their owners.

In the month of June, 37 animals were adopted from the animal shelter and 36 were sent to dog and cat rescues.

For the year of 2010, 821 animals have been brought into the animal shelter.
